    The lefty remote

Is there a way to put it on the fork? I just find the handlebar remote annoying.

    You need a new damper.

They are the same damper, but Cannondale in their infinite wisdom, doesn't offer the small, stainless widget needed to go from XLR to PBR, as a small part to purchase.

Alternately, if you can find a PBR guy that wants XLR, and you have the capacity to totally disassemble the dampers, you have all you need....

Could you post a pic of this piece you are referring to? I actually still have my PBR and am running an XLR now. If I can see what you are referring to I may actually try the swap. I looked at it initially when I bought the XLR fork and figured you had to switch out dampers to make it work.

If you remove the PBR knobs, you're looking at the top end of it.

Two loose ball bearings are parts of it, remove over a good "catch" surface.

You need to fully disassemble the damper shaft to get to it.

Don't damage your shaft in the process, you'll be very sad if you do.....

Hmm, perhaps it would be simpler to just shorten the hose and put it on the other side of the bar, is there a how-to on that anywhere?

Nope, not that I'm aware of.

I wouldn't, unless you like mechanical cans of worms......
