Lefty clamp removal and new installation

is it possible remove the lower or upper clamp on a Lefty carbon 2010 ?

i want to install in a frame with a short steerer tube

distance between clamps is 135mm, normally

    i need instead 110 ( steerer tube is 105 mm + haeadset i guess 5mm , to verify )

must be installed on a 29er frame

i do not want to use spacers

They are bonded, maybe even riveted, the official answer is no, can't be done... You could try but, at your own risks.

After, you are screwed... or bonded I should say!

Unbonding the clamp could be disastrous on the carbon, techniques to break the bonding could (would) probably also break the resin in the carbon...
