    Beautiful!

But why the tires? They're the bicycle equivalent of a mullet.

    OEM Scott Tires.

Come on the WCS bikes. And I like them.

Black is the norm and boring IMO.

Scwalbe should make different coloured tyres.

We each have our own tastes, I find tires other than black to be quite ugly and instantly give a bike a cheap look but hey, it's my opinion, it does give it a different look and personality. My SuperSix came with black/white Ultremo tires, I can't wait for them to wear out to get black ones. But, Schwalbe do make colored tires in some models but even according to them, black is better:

But I like the way everyone is commenting on them lol.

So its having the right effect.

HAL will have white tyres on his bike soon. With the pink stripes on the walls and a matching helmet.

But I cant see anyone with brains calling my bike a little girls bike lol.

I was was born and raised in New Jersey, the land of white reebok's and white Air Force ones.............so I naturally think the white tires look OK.

Tires are interesting to me, indeed. Of course I had a set of the old White/skinwall Panaracer Dart/Smoke combo....one week in Moab....they weren't white no more....

BEAUTIFUL bike KA....that is my favorite color scheme by far. I tried to get the CFR paint on my Flash 29 (to match my Scalpel)....no go....painting in Taiwan instead of Bedford now. ;-(

Posters like HAL are past it when it comes to bikes. Nothing he says matters.

Thats why he has a collection of old bike photos on his PC. Including his own

I know there a lot of people requesting for Scwalbe to release these. Maybe they will along with other colours for 2011

But for now they are only Scott OEM tires.

Here is the Scale RC equipped with Rocket Rons. I took this photo at the London bike show. This is one hell of a bike for the money. But the seat tube lets it down. Thats the only reason why I didn't buy it.

If you want a set do this. Either contact Scott or a large bike dealer chain that deal with Scott.

Some riders don't want the tires and they ask for them to be swapped. Or Ebay is your next best friend. Thats where I managed to get mine.

They are well worth getting IMO.

those "white" racing ralphs arent the same as KA's... they have a white strip on the top of the sidewall but are still mostly black.

I got them for £92 for the pair. People are willing to pay much more I than that.

Like I said they are hard to come by.

Well, looks like you may lose the exclusivity, Schwalbe will make the white Rocket Rons available... They say it will be a limited edition but I think it's like cars with 'limited edition' tags, they are only limited by the number they can sell. The limit will be due to not enough people actually wanting them.

I've gotta imagine those white wheels will look terrible after riding a bit. Do they clean up well?

I'd rock some blue tires on my 29er and some orange tires on my Scalpel.
