    My weight: 150 lbs
    Main air: 140 psi
    SPV air: 135 psi
    tire pressure: 35 psi

XC setup puts more of my weight on the handlebars so I get away with lighter shock settings. Notice the difference in sag when you sit up straight on the saddle vs. leaning on the bars.

    My weight: 200lbs
    Main Chamber: 180 psi
    SPV Chamber: 100 psi

Current setting provides a plush ride and provides a stable platform when needed.
