Jekyll DYAD shock stuck in Flow mode

Went on vacation for 3 weeks and on my first ride back on my Jekyll I noticed I could not switch to Elevate. The cable moves and the plunger on top of the spool chamber goes in and out but it still doesn't go into short travel mode. I tried going thru the sag setting procedure but it didn't help. Any suggestions are welcome. I live overseas and hate the idea of sending the shock back to fox and being without my bike for a month or more. Thanks!
