I have some play in the linkage of my jekyll - it rocks a wee bit when you gently lift the seat up. On all the single pivot bikes I've had - this would indicate the rearmost bushing of the shock needs replacing.
On the jekyll though, which part of the linkage is it likely to be?
It's a 2012 jekyll 3 with only a few hundred miles on it - although many of those have been in rough conditions.
Can you actually identify the movement just by looking carefully at the linakge? I was looking at the bike in the cellar in bad light this morning - if I inspect in good light is that likely to show the source of the movement?
