Just start going through everything, cleaning, lubing, and tightening. Process of elimination. If you suspect it's the front wheel, maybe your bike shop will let you put another Lefty wheel on for a spin around the parking lot to see if that takes car of the noise. Keep in mind noises can travel, making them hard to trace. A couple years ago I was tracing a creaking on my Ibis soft tail, which sounded like it was in the headset. Turns out the creaking was a cable ferrule near the seatpost creaking when the soft tail compressed. My 2004 Jekyll just came down with an awful creaking. I started going through everything, and it turned out to be the main pivot. It was not loose, it just felt like creaking. All I did was turn it with a 10mm Allen wrench and it's quiet again.
