    jeckyll/dyad rt2 remote switch. replacement. . .?

The remote for the dyad shock on my jeckyll is worn out. goes into flow mode no problem, bit sometimes takes 6-8 attempts to lock back in short travel mode.i bought the bike used(6 months old) and used to work a little better but never worked consistently when trying to go back to short travel mode.curious if people have replaced these with good results? Ive had the bike for 1.5years and its a 2011 modell. anyone else had issues?

The only issue i had was that the short travel mode stopped engaging during a ride, and although at the time i thought the lever had broken, i discovered after striping down, cleaning all the parts and then re-building it worked fine. Maybe you should give that a try before buying a new one.

Need to replace the remote as it is not locking into short travel mode. Any ideas on where to purchase a replacement?

After seeing it was $80 for a new one, I ended up pulling the switch apart/used a drill to re-cut a notch where it was worn aout. works great again

    Dyad Remote switch replacement

If the remote lever is knackered and you don't fancy spending $80/60 (!!!!) on a new one I read that Clementz uses a SRAM XO grip shifter instead of the lever for his Enduro racing.

Might be cheaper and maybe better to replace it with one of those?
