I say to pics are too fuzzy and grainy to see any detail of whatever it is you are concerned about.

The trouble with common sense is it is no longer common

I'd say the same I told you in the road forum...

I'll add though that it happens that some slight bumps like that happen when manufacturing carbon frames. Actually, it happens a lot, mostly where the different carbon pieces join or where they are wraped together. Most companies used to fill these irregularities with some sort of filler, it doesn't make any structural difference, it's just to make it look pretty... but those fillers add weight. Cannondale don't use fillers as far as I know, because, who wants to add weight just for that?

So unless it wasn't there when new and it appeared from hitting it or something (it's hard to tell from the pictures but it seems like just a little cosmetic bump to me, carbon doesn't usually dents/bumps like metal does so I'd say it came out of the manufacturing molds like this), I wouldn't care too much about it. Again, maybe just showing it to the store you bought it from just to make sure it's fine and to make them aware if you were to have an issue later on.
