    Help with Old Cannondale Hardtail.....

I have an f900sx cannondale hardtail from the early 90s; it has a lefty fork. Can anybody tell me if there is an option out there to put a rigid fork on the front? The headtube is pretty large so I don't know if it is an option.

I am trying to make a training bike out of it so I don't put miles on my full suspension bike.

I also need to figure out what kind of bottom bracket it has to fix. It has old CODA parts, which are horrible. I have to replace the disk brakes too, they are Coda and have a much narrower clamp than modern brakes.

    Any help/suggestions?

^^^ That's a good option, but you would still need a new 1.125" headset in addition to the cups.

The headtube on your bike is is 1.5" in diameter, so all that you need is a 1.5" to 1.125" reducer headset and you can put any standard-sized fork on there.

I have this headset on my Jekyll to fit my Manitou 1.125" steer tube fork:

Of course, if you can find a rigid fork with a 1.5" steer tube, then you don't need anything extra, just swap the forks. I'm not sure if one of those exists though.
