Headshok ultra DLR issues. Clunky feeling in the travel.

With the front shock I aired up,btue lock out does not fully lock out, the fork will still move through about 1/3 of it's travel before locking out. When I turn the lever to the open position, the travel feels good through the first 1/3 and then it feels clunky. The bike wad just shipped to me and there was some oil residue on the fork leg. I am not sure if that is due to the bike being on it's side or possibly upside down during shipping. Anybody else tell me if the have similar experiences? If so what was the fix? Can I do it myself ? I know I have read about bearing resets on the lefty but what about the headshok?

    Thanks for any help

Sounds like you need to do a bleed. If you search that you should find info on how to.
