    Is this a good C'dale frame to build up?

    It would be if you have a spare Headshok and headset bearings.

    i'm not sure i understand. would it cost alot to get headshock and headset or are they hard to find?

    Basically, what are your plans for the front fork? Headhshock is C'dale's in house offering. It is different than a suspension fork. Buying new is pricey. What type of riding do you plan to do with it?

    i have an f6 and was going to transfer the parts over to this frame. rockshox tora on the f6 right now.

    good question I am not for certain but i dont think cannondale made a 2006 F1000sl?
