    Flash alloy bearing seal

    Hello all.

I just finished building up a 2011 Flash allow 29, and the LBS gave me bigger bearing seal than what I am used to using with my C'dales. Does this look right or should I put on the other smaller seal? The current seal has a larger diameter than the frame itself, so I am worried about potential paint wear. Any thoughts? TIA

Mine hangs over the edge slightly but that looks too big.

The seals come in different diameters for different headtube sizes. That looks like the QSCSEAL to me that is used on the larger carbon headtubes. They also do a QSM and a QSISEAL. I believe the one you need is the QSISEAL.
