    Fender on a Lefty

Has anybody figured out a way to mount a front fender on a Lefty fork? The cold/wet weather season is rapidly approaching and I would like to skip the pleasure of being sprayed with gritty water and mud.

SKS do adaptors for their shockboard front mudguards allow fitment to a lefty or a headshok, mudguard can quickly be clipped on/off. I know does them in the UK.

    SKS does the trick!

Kudos to Goldetop for the tip on the SKS Shockboard w/ Lefty adapter!

It took some digging, but I found an American internet merchant ( that sells both items - cheap. Had the fender on for about a week and it really works great!.. looks good too. I liked it so much that I went to REI and bought a seatpost-mount rear fender to cut down on the back-spray. REI had the Shockboard front but not the Lefty adapter.

    Thanks Goldetop!
