    Dent in swingarm 'seatstay'

    Thoughts on safety / replacement options of this? I'm hoping that, as the weld join spans the dent, ...?

    Looks ok to me. If it really bugs you, there are swingarms of ebay sometimes going cheap.

    It's a battle scar!!! It looks OK to me, but you should inspect the weld for time to time to make sure that the impact has not affected it. As long as it rides OK I would keep riding it as I have seen worse dents on aluminum frames go for years without any second thought.

    Just keep an eye on it before and after rides.
