Now that takes me back! I used to ride a slingshot when mtb suspension was still in its infancy, and that cable and spring was the only suspension the bike had!
I didnt know they were still in business until a customer bought in a frameset early this year for us to build up.
A slingshot 29'er with a Lefty-might not be faster than my Scalpel, but guarantee that not many other riders would have one..........

Har, har , har. Oh wait, you're right.

Actually, I spoke with the designer a bit about Leftys, so I knew this was coming but hadn't heard more in a while, thanks for the pic!!!

Thats wild! How does it work? Where can I get one? Is my browser broken or do I need to see an optician?

wow my bike is getting around..

i cannot tell you enough about the help mendoncyclesmith lent in the above bike. between he and jake at project321 that thing was easy.

it rode very well. but i got stopped so many times at he trailhead it was hard to get out for the actual ride!

the adapters should notbe hard to get at all. i just called jake at project321.com and he went way out of his way to help. very knowledgeable about lefty's and his conversion's compatability with headsets.

mendoncyclesmith....so sorry about the failure to send you pics. i truly do apologize and greatly appreciated your time.

No worries, glad I could help! I was going to say Jake's the man for adapters, in stock, and reasonably priced for the high quality plug and play device he offers. Now when can I get a leg over one of those Slingshots?????
