Moveable clamps means they can be removed, and have a set of Fat clamps installed.....

Filter? Good question, looks like they just slid the boot up to cover the holes, now, the thing probably looks like Dizzy Gilespie when it compresses

    "spam"

it's a bike with a personality - not the usual generic stuff. whatever the components/general condition, someone with the passion and originality has made his bike unique.

    i commend him!

Meh, looks like a mix between a 7' tall kid's department store bike and a grandpa's bike path only bike with all the stickers, accessories and way too much upgrades on a bike that doesn't really should get any... I don't understand people adding a fork or wheels that are worth more than the bike itself, kind of like people that have crappy cars but spend thousands on mags, trumpet-mufflers and spoilers... I'm not a fan of out-dated bikes that people try to keep current, you don't get a b00b job if you're a 75 years old grandma. After a few years, old bikes should be kept as much close to original, their value become emotional and historical once their technological and performance value gets beaten by newer and much cheaper bikes... but that's just me. I'm all for Mendon's Big Foot bikes though!

    That thing is wicked, Craig!
Those black blocks on the inside of your rims...are those like square cutouts or something exposing the tubes to save weight?

Yes, lightening it up. They do come that way stock though.

What you're seeing is the rim strip, not the tube. These wheels are running tubeless as well

And if you have disco fever, you can insert colored vinyl or something between the rim and rim tape to create patterns!
