    Carbon Stem for Headshock?

I'm in the process of building up a lightweight Scalpel and am looking for a suitable carbon stem, or very lightweight alloy version. Anyone got any ideas?

    Thanks

If you want the lightest set up the best bet is the Cannondale SI one piece stem/steerer combination. Its alloy, but its pretty light.
I wonder if a carbon version could be in the works, but it often seems that the carbon stems arent any lighter than their alloy cousings, just more expensive......

FRM makes a carbon stem for Lefties... Not sure about real world weights but... since Roel Paulissen doesn't use the SI one-piece steerer/stem but the FRM stem and because he is quite a weight weenie, my guess is it can be a lighter setup, perhaps with a custom, lighter steerer though. Or maybe it's just a sizing issue?

I think Roel uses the FRM for the 10 deg factor. I think the SI one pc only comes in +/- 5 and 15 deg They both come in all the common lengths.
