Cannondaleexperts.com ... has anyone ordered from them?

They seem to carry all the Cannondale bits that normally you have to go through your LBS to get hold. Has anyone ordered from them? They carry literally everything (lefty components, full leftys). I've been thinking of buying some grips and a few other things for my Caffeine 29er and wanted some feedback before I give them my CC number.

    Here is the link...

I slashed open a Racing Ralph big enough that it won't reseal on my S29er C1 with less than 50 miles on it. $90 seems like the best price for a replacement. Or I could just run tubes.

Yes. Very helpful, prompt and great customer service.

I've even asked them Cdale questions unrelated to a purchase and they are always helpful with answers.

Once, I had an order of 3 items and I emailed to remove one item at the last minute. The package was literally going out the door and they removed the 1 item without any hastles.

$59 is much more palatable! Ordered a new RR for my Scalpel 29er, a new stem for my Caffeine 29er (one I have is far too long), and new grips for my Caffeine.

Called them a while ago asking if I would have been able to buy stuff from them with a non US based credit card and have items shipped at my hotel in L.A. when I'll visit later on this month and they've said yes to both questions, they were very kind and helpful. Looking forward to make my purchase in about a week as I'm flying to USA in about 2 weeks.
