Originally, I felt the bearings had failed in my upper chainstay pivots. This wasn't the case at all. The lbs disassembled my entire rear triangle, cleaned and lubed all the bearings for me. The only thing they found were the upper chainstay bolts had worked themselves loose and had worn the washers. They replaced the bolts and washers, using loctite to keep them in place. They even trued my rear wheel. I love my lbs!
