    Bubbles in the paint

Hey guys, i purchased a 2006 Prophet SL just over 5 weeks ago and have noticed little white air bubbles forming on the swingarm where the bolt of the rear shock is connected.

I believe it's called 'oxidation' and is a form of rust. It allegedely happens to aluminium frames causing the paint to eventually crack and flake off - should this happen to a bike that's only 5 weeks old?

I have a lifetime warranty on the frame, and a 1 year warranty on the paint and decals - surely this would come under one of these.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Cheers.

Shouldn't happen, bring it to your LBS and see what they say...
