    BOTE2 for bike packing?

I haven't seen anyone post about Beast of the East 2 used for bikepacking at all. I cannot get my hands on a few of the other bikes I've been eyeballing for mostly trail riding with the occasional bikepacking (Big Honzo / Santa Cruz Chameleon) but could get my hands on a BOTE2.

Is this a terrible idea? How come I can find a thread on making just about any other bike work as a bikepacking bike except for this one?

    Thanks.

    BOTE2 for bike packing?

I don't see why it wouldn't work. I'm outfitting my Slate for bikepacking which seems like a far worse idea.

Still waiting on my Salsa bar bag and my Andrew the Maker frame bag.

Thread revival… I am planning an Arizona trip with my Beast in early March. I’m looking for a frame bag that will fit, looks like a Revelate medium bag may work. Anyone got any suggestions?

Turns out the medium revelate bag works fine on my large frame.
