Best Way to Lock-Up a Lefty?

The trail I usually ride is very close to work so I sometimes bring my Jekyll 1000 to the office. I leave it in my trailer-hitch attached bike rack with a cable and lock to secure it. The problem is, I'm always worried about the lefty being stolen. 4 screws from the stem and if you take out the wheel -- there goes the lefty. I suppose I could always take apart the bike and put it in my trunk but that's too much of a hassle. Does anyone have any suggestions on to how to properly secure a bike to a bike rack mounted on the trailer hitch? Thanks.

Get a cover for the bike. Out of sight, out of mind. Thieves won't know if the bike underneath is worth stealing or going to jail for. There's also those alarm lock where the cable is part of the circuit so if it gets cut the alarm goes off. The alarm body also has a motion sensor.
