I'd like to know this too as my 1 year old Scalpel BB is creaking like a mofo! Chris King PF30?

I did not change the BB but I did change the bb30 bearings to SKF, they last longer. I have no creaking solar.

Chris King PF30 is top of the bill of course !

    XD-15 Enduro.
"In addition to chromium steel, we use XD-15 material for our special top end ceramic bearings. This is a very special nitrogen infused steel material and will not rust or corrode. It is more than 5 times the corrosion resistance of 440C stainless material. The process to make this steel involves remelting a very high grade of martensitic stainless steel from the end of an electrode. This occurs in a highly-controlled remelt chamber while introducing nitrogen gas, producing a homogenous steel free from course carbides and giving ultimate fatigue resistance. A super strong steel made for ceramic balls, XD-15 is the pinnacle in bicycle bearing technology."

not Chris King pf30, I have it in my evo. They use thick plastic spacers that cause the bearings to be tiny, same bearings they use in some of their headsets. My bb spins less freely than other pf30s I have installed, fsa and wheels manufacturing.. very disappointing. Install was smooth.. I really think the CK design is the problem. Not that it slows me
down, I just prefer a more free spinning bb.

My next pf30 will likely be wheels manufacturing / enduro.

Can you confirm BBinfinite with F-SI?

Will the PF30 BBinfinite work on the F-SI (2016 particularly)? How can I confirm? Is it just a normal PF30 bottom bracket, with spacers and chainrings for the chainline?

BBinfinite will not work as they do not offer a 83mm width BB.
The FSI's bottom bracket size is 83mm, and BBinfinite only offers 68mm or 73mm for MTB.

I nearly destroyed all bearings without inner shell because most of the water and dirt came from the inside.

So i went from Ceramicspeed to WheelsMFG and they really work great so far!
Better sealed cups/shell/dust covers. Everything seems to be more progressive and thoughtful.
