    '95 Cdale M500?

Hoping some of you knowledgeable folks could help me out with this bike. I may be able to purchase this off a coworker for a reasonable price but have not had much luck googling for info. I dont really need the bike but hey the opportunity has presented itself.

So anyone out there familiar with a 1995 Cannondale M500?

Looks to be in good shape, just old.

    check out : http://www.vintagecannondale.com/year/1995/1995.pdf

page 19. looks like the biggest change from factory is the suspension fork. the bike came with the pepperoni rigid fork.

if she's in good shape, perhaps ~$200 max is what it'd get on ebay... try a search of completed auctions on fleabay to see what similar stuff has been going for. if it were older, it'd be more collectable to some, but it's not quite old enough.

decent frame, but the stx components are basically equivalent to deore, so nothing all that special but solid stuff. fairly low end fork on there, so nothing value added there.

    Mucho Gracias

Thanks much for the replies. Looks like it worth a little less than what I had thought. Too bad they dont have the original rigid fork, might be worth more with that
