    are there differences between '10 and '11 frame ?

    mine is the Flash 29er lightest worldwide ...7900 g

    The new frame is Hi-Mod for the top end model and shaves another 100 grams or so off of the weight. I rode a stock model and it was 21.5 lbs with XTR pedals and two water bottle cages on it.

    probably my son is just most interested in the new paint scheme but also, there are no more 2010 models available through the bike shop. I'm not going for the hi-mod carbon until he's got sponsors!
