    2010 F1 seatpost

Can someone remind me what length seatpost I'd need for a 2010 alloy 26er F1? I know it's a 31.6mm post, just can't remember what length I'd need (and can't just go and measure for a few weeks).

    Ta,

    Andy

Depends of your bike size but mostly of your fit... we dont all have the same leg length.

Cannondale uses 400mm posts, and I would need a 400 mm post. In general if you are sizing down you will need a longer post; sizing up can get away with shorter post. You can guesstimate based on [seat tube length + (seat post length - 4" min insert) + 2" saddle rise ] compared to your current desired BB-Saddle height .... Or just get a 400mm.

Thanks all. Have wrecked the clamp with highest quality East Lancashire mud so need a one-for-one replacement. 400mm it shall be.
