New question here. 2007 Carbon Rush 2 w/lefty - front wheel spins like brake is on...

[SIZE="3"]just bought a used 07 rush 2, you may have seen a few of my posts, anyway, the bike is in like new condition, however the front wheel doesn't spin freely, like the break is on (just a tad). Just picked it up tonight and haven't really had a chance to mess with it, though I thought I would ask the forum for suggestions, things to look for or adjustments that can be made. It could be the hub is on to tight maybe??? That lefty fork set-up is definitely not the norm

Is the rotor rubbing on the pads? If so you just need to adjust the caliper so the rotor is centered between the two pads.

i had the same experience. It is caused by a small rubber inside the lefty front hub. my lbs put some grease on it and replaced it and everything is ok. Even if you do not put grease on it it will dissapear with use

    regards
