    1fg ebb size?

OK, I know somebody is going to tell me to search for the answer to this but I can't seem to find it...

What is the size of a 1fg's EBB shell?

Edit: I forgot to mention that what I was looking to do is replace the stock EBB with a bushnell or carver or anything else that somebody can convince me is better...

I just replaced the eccentric on my 1FG 29er yesterday with a Bushnell. Fit perfectly. Now I just gotta get out for a ride to see how it performs.

Bushnell's eccentric is a pretty common size used by a lot of bike builders.

Thanks... Good to know if fits well.

Let me know if you have any gripes on your ride. Otherwise, I have to get one on order.

I finally went for a ride today (in the rain) and I'm quite happy with the Bushnell ebb. Super simple to set up and adjust, and there didn't seem to be any slippage over the course of a two hour ride. Oh and it's silent too. I'll post again if I run into any problems, but so far it's a big improvement over cannondales ebb.

I believe the Bushnell can be ordered through Bikeman.com and JensonUSA.com
