Hi I am new to the forum and MB in general. I purchased a 2012 SL4 29'er in 2013.
I have been slowly getting into the sport. The trouble I'm having is I am trying to replace my rst deuce fork with a RS one. I didn't have the proper cutting for the 1.5 inch tube and tried to replace the deuce fork.
Well now I can't get the play out of the headset!! When I was re-installing the deuce fork I knocked out the top bearing. Only two pieces came out. The pressed in piece that has the bearings in it, is still in the head tube.
When I install the fork and the two other pieces it has play. I can't figure it out. Is there a special tool to combine all three parts to make complete bearing?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
