Problem: Fork steerer = 1 1/4 to 1.5 tapered. Headtube/headset = 1.5 straight. So the bottom of the headset is fine, but the top bearing is obviously an issue.
Solution: so far, I haven't found any adapters, reducers or sleeves that would make this work. Any ideas?

I solved a similar problem using a combo of 2 FSA headsets. I wound up with a slightly different looking bearing race/cup (one was rounded, one was sort of square'ish). I looked for hours and finally used a franken'set. Works great. This was prob 5+ years back or so.
