    '04 Jekyll rear shock upgrade

I am wanting to upgrade my rear shock on my '04 Jekyll 400 to a shock with longer travel. I am a pretty aggressive rider and I do a lot of DH, DJ, FR and trail riding. I have upgraded my front shock to a Marzocchi Z1 Drop-Off 2 with 130mm of travel.

I was hoping to get some advice on what would work best for me. I am 5'9" and weigh 145 pounds and was hoping to max out the rear travel of the frame. I don't really care about going with air over coil I just want whats going to work best for my size and variaing riding style.

Thanks in advance for any words of advice.

Risse Racing have made up trunnion shocks to fit the Jekyll. You should be able to get one built to your specs. Expensive though!

    Good luck - Tol

Push Industries have done great work with my '03 Jekyll rear shock. They have built it to my specs.

    Good luck!
