Want to build a Yelli Screamy - What parts can I swap over from my current bike?

I am wanting to build up a Yelli Screamy and would like to know what parts I can swap over from my old bike and what additional parts I will need to complete the build. I am planning on purchasing a 140mm fork to go along with the new frame.

Here is what I currently have:

Fork RockShox Reba RL 29 w/Lock-Out, tapered steer, 100mm
Headset Ahead Sealed Cartridge 1 1/8" to 1.5" tapered
    Brake Levers Avid Elixir 7
Brakes Avid Elixir 7 Hydraulic Disc
Rotors Avid 180mm front, 160mm rear
    Shifters SRAM X-7 2x10
    F Derailleur SRAM X-7 2x10
    R Derailleur SRAM X-7 2x10 Mid-Cage
    Cassette SRAM PG-1050 11-36T 10-Speed
    Chain SRAM Powerchain 1051
    Crank SRAM X-7 2x10, 38/24 rings
Bottom Bracket SRAM XR GXP Sealed BB
    Pedals NONE
Rims WTB SpeedDisc I-19 Alloy Double-Walled with eyelets
Hubs KT HiFlange Sealed Bearing 32H
    Spokes Black 14g Stainless
    Tires GEAX AKA 2.2"
Handlebar AIRBORNE Alloy Flat, 640mm width
Stem AIRBORNE Alloy +/- 7 Degree Rise, size specific
Saddle Selle San Marco Ponza Power
Seat Post AIRBORNE Alloy 31.6mm Diameter, 350mm Length

I am trying to keep costs to an absolute minimum so the more I can swap the better! Also, if anyone wants to help with an additional question - what 140mm fork deals are there out there?

Is your fork thru axle? Are the hubs thru axle compatible? If it's not it's gonna be hard finding a 140mm fork with a standard qr

I would really like to have 15mm or 20mm axle.. so this would be cause for additional parts. Based on that info, what all would I NEED in order to complete the swap?

everything should swap over. You could bump the Reba up to 120mm and spend almost nothing except for some shock oil, shifter cable housing and BB spacers. The 2X drivetrain will take a little time to get setup.

    You'll need a new seatpost. Yelli's 30.9.

MakinMoves - Glad you are stoked on the Yelli!

Looking at your list you will need:
    30.9 Seatpost
    35.0 Seatpost Clamp
I can tell if your Front Derailleur is a direct mount, Sram HO series or not. If not, you will need one.
Confirm that your current wheel is a 135x10 QR.

That should be about it to get you rolling. Feel free to give us a call with any other build questions.

    Cheers!

I have the Tower Pro 120mm 15qr on my Yelli and I love it. That being said, I picked up the 140 as well. Haven't made the switch yet, hopefully this weekend.

Good to hear...for the price i was wondering if it was too good to be true...any tips/advice on tuning or making adjustments to the fork?

There is a huge thread on the tower pro in 29er components. For me I have the rebound set midway and I run ~110 PSI.
