Curious, what do you not like about your Camber EVO?

I don't want to be too negative about the Camber Evo. It's a fine bicycle. I just think the E29 S-Works is such an outstanding rig, playing backup bike is a tough role.

Bump. I really hope this bike isn't vaporware! Been riding mybyelli a good bit for a year or so and want to add a full susser to the stable to reduce some of the beating my body takes

I have had my Yellli for some time now and have been in the same boat. I got tired of waiting and went with a Kona Process 111. Very similar angles and measurements to the yelli and a 16.9 in chainstay!!! On the first ride, I was faster that the Yelli on nearly every climb and decent, and I wasn't even pushing it. If felt just like my Yelli, but squishy. Sorry Canfield, I mean no disrespect, but I couldn't wait any longer....

    Here is a pic

I dunno... I understand that you are joking, but other than some very vague info that they *might* be working on a FS 29er there has been no tease at all. Especially compared to the endless "spy shots" from many other companies.

Honestly at this point I will believe a FS 29 Canfield when I see it. We have been begging and they have been winking for what? 2-3 years now? It could very well be that the Bros just have other priorities.

I've only been into MTB for about 2 years but I'm stunned at how fast 650b has emerged. I'm kinda wondering if they would even still bother with a fs 29er

Some people say 29 for hard tail and 27.5 for full suspension around here.

So when can I buy my new Yelli Squishy?

Plenty of companies making FS 29ers with newer models coming out each year. So I doubt they are going away. I think the bike industry would love to categorize things as 29 for HT / 650b for FS. Or more likely 29er FS for XC / 650b for anything > 100mm travel. The bike industry always seems to want things divided into neat marketing categories.

I have not ridden a 650b (no interest in them - I like my 29ers) but I do wonder if we will see in a few years how folks are raving over better geometry & handling on new 650b models compared to what is out there now. Similar to what you are seeing with 29er and particularly 29er FS now. It just takes time to refine things and make them work better. 29er FS bikes have become WAY better in the past year or two and are just hitting their stride from a design / geometry perspective IMO.
