    Hate to say it but I think your bikes are too heavy for the rack. Look at how that thing is sagging under the weight.

    Yeah. had to extend the chainstay to the max coz of the slack front. Plus inverted my 45mm stem.

    Are you running a 150mm or 160mm fork with the 650b setup?

    How much better did it feel after increasing the wheelbase/chainstay?

    150mm with an external headset. it has more slack than a enduro 29er and a bronson (friends bike). the bb is at 12.5

    The bike feels good for my intended purposes, which is demo and ucsc.
