    Crampon rebuild info?

Maybe it is out there and I am unable to find it, but I would love to see a tutorial or even a brief description of how to rebuild my Crampons. What tools, recommended grease and maybe even bearing part numbers.

To start, remove the outer allen cap, then using a small wall 9mm socket, remove the lock nut holding on to the spindle. You must use a 8mm allen key to hold one end of the spindle. Slide the spindle out of the pedal body, clean, re-grease, re-assemble and ride ! This takes 10 mins. tops. Use some kind of bicycle specific grease. Park poly lube holds up pretty well. Phil wood and dumonde tech do also.
