Any chance we'll see what new 29er products Canfield is working on in the near future?

I'm not convinced (yet?) re 27.5 for hardtails. Granted, my Yelli is really the only 29er that I have any time on, but damn I sure do love that thing. But I could be tempted by some carbon goodness

And what about the full suspended 29er? Any chance of an autumn 2014 release?

.... But, I would be for a new, full susser, trailbike from the Bros....

A nice revamped Sauce or something....... Low standover..... heck, a proper aggressive trail bike only needs 125mm of rear travel... 140mm up front... slack...... d@mn.... I'm starting to salivate....

That'd be a good guesstimate. Recently, after plying Chris Canfield with a post-ride beer at the local trailhead I asked him about a yelli squishy (my words). He said, "it's going to blow you away."

It had better, because the Kona Process 111 my buddy demoed that day was one helluva fun bike.

My dream bike would be for the bros to build a 27.5" bike with 120 rear and 140 up front. ISCG tabs, stealth dropper compatible, 67* HTA, short stays, etc... Until then, I'll ride my Yelli and Nimble 9.

I just hope they build one up before I can't hold out any longer and just buy a Process 134 or a Bronson...

While cool, what does a carbon ht do that isn't covered by the n9 or yelli?

Look closely at the pic in the link. Looks like FS to me.

IMHO it looks more like a 2nd gen N9 with swoopier shapier tubes, but I can be totally wrong...

A carbon N9 would be sweet! Im still deciding on whether or not to build a Yelli or an N9 as my endurance race bike. Right now leaning toward Yelli mostly for the weight savings. I'd be bummed if I built one and a few months later a carbon N9 came out...

Last year I bought a Nomad 3 months before the Bronson came out....doh! The Nomad rules but I would have liked to get all #Enduro<Font Size=1>TM</Font> with those 650b's

I dunno, the pic is pretty hard to see. The only thing that might suggest that it's FS is the drop out, and that drop out doesn't look like a pivot point to me.

Just going of the seat post mast and chainstay protector I reckon its a carbon N9.

    .
But none of Canfield's suspension bikes have pivots at the dropout. I'd think that would be a pretty big step backward to a single pivot or [gag] fsr.

With dropped TTs and seat tube extensions, it's pretty tough to ID a suspension frame from that sort of angle. I'd guess the photo was selected as to not actually show much/anything.
Give me the Geometry of a Yelli and the weight of a ARC carbon or whatever XC bike, I'll be all over it. Id love a race bike that handles properly (not like a skittery road bike).

You won't. It took almost 3 yrs to debut the balance. I doubt we will see a FS 29 anytime soon.

Vin posted back in October that a FS 29er might be shown before the end of 2014:

Our 29” FS is also in the works with the hopes of a fall/winter 2014 release.

Gotta ask: will the new carbon bike have a decent SS option? And how will it look next to my Yelli Squishi?

+1, or even a SS Yelli with N9-style dropouts would do it for me.

The more I race my N9, the more I think "Man, this would be great in a lighter carbon frame...", instead of working on my fitness or nutrition or things like that of course...ha!

Too much bike for my tastes. I would love to see the bros put out a 125-140mm rear travel bike designed around a 140mm front with a slack HTA. I would still look at it if it were a 29, but kind of itching for smaller wheels lately.
