2012 Jedi with air shock?
Just wondering.... would a nice air shock (CCDB Air or a Bos Void) be a good option for a 2012 Jedi?
What would i loose and have to gain (anything apart from a small weight saving?) if i take off my current CCDB Coil and put a CCDB Air or a Bos Void?
Is the air shock compatible with the rearward axle path characteristics of the Jedi??
Please educate me on this

Hi BTTR- Clearance for 1 is one of the biggest hurdles. Depending if you ride in the mud, shock tunnel clearance on the shock body is very tight (CCDB AIR). I know with air shocks on JEDI'S, they do not have the best long term reliability. Air shocks have a hard job on DH bikes (heat, lack of oil...etc). From our testing, the only gain is weight reduction, quality of ride is best achieved with a coil.
