    Spring rate...Cove G-spot

Anyone have a recommendation for a shock spring rate for someone who weighs 165lbs (probably 175lb w/gear)? I just bought a G-spot frame from a friend but the spring is rated at 650lb for his 210lb girth. The shock is a Fox DHX 5.0 and I don't have a clue where to start for my weight.

    Thanks for any feedback!

    Thanks...

I think between what you run and what my buddy runs, I'll split the difference and go with a 550.

7.875 X 2.0 is the stock shock, but the one I'm using is a 2.25 stroke with same i2i.

I cycled the shock through it's stroke on the frame without the spring and had no clearance issues, so should be good to go after I get the correct spring.
