Importing Cove bikes to the UK
Has anyone in the uk bought a cove from the states or Canada and had it shipped over?
Looking into getting a hummer frame but am put off by the excessive price tag here in the uk (£1300).
Any help or advice would be appreciated

I bought a RM Blizzard on holiday in Canada a few years ago and legged it through the Green channel at Gatwick.
Its a bit of a lottery on whether your stuff gets through customs without large import duties.
If nobody knows a cheap way of importing go to Canada and buy one. At least you'll get a bit of a holiday out of it.

Hi, I got a frame shipped over from the States and paid nothing. Its a lottery. What determines how much duty you have to pay is what the sender writes on the shipping documents. Thats something that you´ll have to discuss with the shipper, some will do anything to make a sell. The quid and the euro are both very strong against the usd at the moment so you can certainly make a saving over the UK prices.
