help on 2003 etsx fox rear set-up

    hello all,
just finished building up an '03 etsx 70 frame for my wife (w/non propedal fox float rl shock, bought cheap at supergo). the specs actually place it a bit between the 30 and 50, tho (closer to the 30). it was an ez job thanks to advice i received here, and the help from a friend who is MUCH more mechanically inclined. putting bikes together is fun!

wife loves the ride so far, but we can not figure out how to eliminate some of the bob she gets when pedaling. she weighs 110 lbs, and we have the psi on the fox shock set to 100 to get 1/4 sag. Also, we had the rebound set midway, and are slowly adjusting towards a faster rebound.

if anyone can give any advice on how they set up their rear shock, we'd really appreciate it.

    Thats what I would recomend

I had an 02 with no propedal and ran it about 10 psi less than my body weight and loved it with my new rp3 I still perfer the wide open setting you could try setting the rebound slower but that bike should not bob much.

    thanks johnny,
i'll try slowing down the rebound and maybe adding 10 more psi.

btw, new frame on your other thread is pretty sweet .
