Yesterday I took my Viento on a short 5 mile loop because I didn't had much time for a proper ride
I had some problems with my front brake, I have to align it. But other than the parking lot at the trailhead and some smooth trails, I didn't notice it.
I liked the ride a lot. I had a Fox Talas R, and it really felt good on this bike (well, probably on any bike, but it felt at home on the Viento).
While I come from a FS bike, I didn't felt I needed a FS for the trails I did. It was some singletracks, some steps and passed through several roots. The bike was pretty good for that. I liked the geometry, it felt good for the way that I ride.
