New question here. FD for '04 ETSX?

I need to replace the front derailleur on my '04 ETSX and just want to confirm I'm ordering the right one. Top pull, top swing, 31.8mm. Right?
    Thanks in advance.

Top pull is correct, and top swing in the confusing Shimano-think is likely correct, I always find it's easier to think about where the pivot point/clamp is than which way it swings. You need a low pivot/low clamp front derailleur for the ETSX, none of the high pivot/high clamp derailleursfrom Shimano or SRAM will fit.

Yes, top swing is the derailleur swinging above the (low) clamp (what I need) versus swinging below the clamp which won't work. I'm pretty sure my seat tube od is 31.8mm. I think I'm going to get the XT 760 which fits all tubing diameters with included shims so I can't go wrong there. Thanks for the advice!
