    Devinci Hecktik 1 weight?

Anyone know the weight of the new Hecktik 1? the Devinci site has nothing.

Edit: for anyone who wants to know the weight is 33.7lbs as per my email from Devinci.

I don't believe that. I was in Cyclepath the other day checking out the new Frantik and Hektics, but I think they're around 40 lbs.

On the NSMB forums a guy from SteedCycles said the Hektik was around 33lbs so I think the first guy had it right. The 40 pounds might be for the frantik which uses coil shock and fork with a beefier build and a 150mm rear axle

The Frantik looks like pimpin. I don't like that seat tube/top tube attachment, though. The entire frame looks super reinforced everywhere except that area. Regardless, if I had the money I'd buy one.

    Hecktik 2

I bought a Hecktik 2 3 weeks ago. It's out of the box weight was 32.9 lbs. It gained a few grams when i switched the stem and handlebars as well as the pedals. This bike is a mind blower. Anyone thinking of getting one just go for it cause it's worth every penny. If you're a lighter person and aren't hucking huge nasty drops then this bike is all you'll ever need...even if you are hittin the gnarl. Best bike i have ever ridden....period.

Nice buy. I've got a Hectik 2 as well. It's pretty much become the only mountain bike I need for any sort of riding.

How does the sizing come up for the Hectiks? I'm 5'9". With the steep seat tube angle and a layback seatpost, would I actually be more in line with a small rather than medium frame?

My Hectik 1 medium weighs about 35lbs according to my cheap bathroom scale.
