A replaceable derailer hanger - nice detail.. could you post more views of the chainstay yoke and the left dropout, brake caliper mount area?

I know that this feeling is hard to resist, but don't rush to build it. Ti frames benefit from forethought and concentration going into the process.

    And the Handjob?
By the way, the welds on mine look prettier than welds on that matte green one on the Cove Bikes site. But perhaps this is simply because of how lacquered paint looks vs matte paint.

    answer from covebike:

The Shocker, STD, Hustler, Hooker, Foreplay, G-spot and Stiffee are all welded in Canada.

The Hummer is welded in the USA by Lynskey Titanium

The Sanchez and Handjob are designed in Canada and hand welded in Taiwan

So much vegetation still green so deep into the autumn!

Hey, they make some stylish Hope Mono Minis to match the pink CK! Complete with flowers laser cut into rotors. No, I'm serious. ) If I ever get to build a 29er, it's going to be titanium frame & fork, pink CK hubs, headset & BB, and those pink Hope brakes. I'd also like some pink Nokons..

All Cove Bikes aluminum frames are welded in Canada. All Ti frames are welded in the US, and all steel frames are welded in Taiwan. Most steel fabricators in Canada are too highly priced for a simple chromo frame. Look at the price of a Chromag Stylus vs a Cove Handjob. The Handjob frames used to be made in Canada but haven't been since the late 90's and the Sanchez frame has always been made in Taiwan. The factory that manufactures the frames in Taiwan is a great factory and the product is just as good as anything produced in NA.
