Couple of questions about Norco six

I'm 5'10 and was wondering what would you recommend as the right frame size.
My LBS told me to go with a M but I wanted to make sure (it was the last one he has )...

One other thing - I don't like the Z1 that comes with it. what fork would you recommend with it ?

And the last thing is climbing, I hate it but I want to be able to do it when I must. How does it handles the uphills ... ?

i'm about 5'10 and ride a Med frame.
The bike just tipped the scales at 45lbs.....and i'll tell you it pedals up hill pretty well for a bike that scares a lot of light weight folks away
    Common sense isn't so common....

    what year is it?
06 and 07 are both around 36lbs, and will climb well.

medium is almost definitely the right size. i'm 5'9" and ride a medium shore and it fits perfectly (06).

i've never ridden a Z1.... so no comment there.

I am 5'8 and have an 07 Six 3 (med)
Fits me perfect and climbs well. Mine came with a AM-3 fork..... I weigh 150lbs and bottom out the fork when chairlift riding.
