We the people ... Blizzard Frame

It's known that the main material of the Blizzard is Reynolds 853 but can someone tell me what the chain-stays and seat-stays are made from? Thanks.

Actually, the entire frame is Reynolds 853. I purchased a frame last January, and while I was researching the Blizzard, one of the staff at West Point (10th St.) in Vancouver assured me that the entire frame was indeed 853.

    Cheers,
