    2013 Devinci Wooky Carbon

I have had this bike for a little less than a year as my XC race bike. Overall been really pleased with it. A few little things I'd like to see changed, like cable routing, and excess holes on the BB area for the front derailleur, but nothing to make me get rid of it. I bought it as a frame only and built it up from there, with hand-picked components. Race weight is about 21 lbs. It currently has my winter tires on it though.

I miss having a lightweight bike like this. How do you like your powermeter for mtbing? Any real world problems with mud or moisture? I'm almost 100% mtn biking these days but sometimes wish I still had a powermeter. Lots of interesting bits on this build.

The powermeter is great! Have not had any problems at all, even with the magnet, and SRM is really quick when it comes to service. It also does not add much weight. The SRM on the Hollowgram is about 100g heavier than an S-Works crank with XX spider and rings.

    Any improvements to your setup?

Having owned it for the better part of a year now, is there anything you'd do to change your setup. I bought a medium frame as well and am just now getting around to building it up as a light cross country bike. Am 5'9", 165 lbs.

The build was great, to get it lighter I would go with a 1x setup and some XTR m987 brakes. Besides that it was a solid build and very reliable. I never had any problems with the frame or components. I felt that carbon rims would be a little much though just because of stiffness, the aluminum has a little bit of compliance. I actually sold the bike in May and got a Spark 920 frame from a friend which has been a really fun bike. I just wanted something that wouldn't tire my back out on long rides (40mi+).

    Enjoy it!
