Vail Lake trailwok - Tunnel Of Love

Well weve been hard at work trying to revive the trails out at Vail Lake Resort in Temecula. As you know the resort was completely burned out a couple years ago and then last year the rains just devastated the trails. Well we are going strong to repair the damage and even build some new stuff. We are in the proces of forming a 1.5 mile downhill section which well even be able to shuttle upto with flatbeds. That trail will be ready by Feb. recently weve given life back to the infamous Tunnel of Love. This trail was the signature trail out at Vail. It was a sigletrack taril cut through real tight canopy. Fast and fun! well the trail was totally eroded and we couldnt even use it for the Grannygear 24 hr race last year. But we are half way through the trail repair now and everything is looking good. We will be building 6 bridges to help sustain the trails longterm. Thanx Joe and Heather youy guys ROCK!

Cant seem to get the pics uploaded.

Thanks for the 411. I have heard that the public can go out there and ride by just paying $5 to park at the resort. Do you know if that is the case? Any Vail Lake PSAs you can provide would be cool.
