    Trainer

Can anyone recommend a good trainer? What is the difference between fan, magnet and fluid types. Are these technology just marketing or effective?
    Thanks for any input...

I've been out for a year due to lower back injury. Need to get back on the saddle so I'm thinking of getting a trainer to ease up and get back my legs back.

Look at the trainers at Performance. Cheap house brands, but good quality. I have a liquid trainer from them I've been using over 12 years and it still runs great. I think I only spent about $130 for it on sale and they haven't gone up much in price since then. I'll buy another one there when my current one finally blows.

    Good luck in your comeback.
    If not biking, then what?
